Subject : Ordering Process

Q1 - How can I place an order with you?

Orders can be placed either online through our website or by email.

On-line : The easiest and most convenient way for most of our customers to purchase their wedding stationery is online.  Simply select the design and items you would like to order and then add them to you shopping cart. Once they are in your shopping cart simply complete the checkout process and payment via paypal (no account needed) or nochex ( a secure card payment gateway).

You will receive a confirmation of your order and payment then email your wording or images  to info@angelfins.co.uk. We will then email you a proof within a few days for your approval.

By Email : If you would rather place your order by email or wish to order something that isnt on the website then email us details of your order along with images and text, we will then send you an invoice and  once we have received your payment we will begin work on your proof.

We don’t have the facility to take payments over the telephone but you can pay by Paypal, Credit / Debit card or BACS

Q2.  What size should my images be?

 We recommend that images should be at least 100kb but the larger the image the better the end result will be. We do crop some images to fit the parameters of the design.

Q3 - What if I make a mistake when ordering, can this be corrected later on?

Yes, of course.  Please do not be concerned that you do not have all of your details correct at the time of placing an order.  It can be very difficult to enter all the information perfectly on-line so we give you the opportunity to view a digital proof before we print.  As a result of this you will have plenty of opportunity to make changes to your order before the stationery is finally printed.  We will not send anything to the printers for final production until you have confirmed you are happy with the wording being used.

Q4 - What if I change my mind, what is your refund policy?

You can cancel your order providing we have not ordered in supplies or started on proofs. Unfortunately once we have begun work on your order we do not offer refunds should you need to cancel. We advise couples to invest in Wedding Insurance to cover any problems outwith your control.

Q5 - I am not happy with my stationery that I have received from you can I have my money back?

In the unlikely event that you have received your stationery and are not happy with the quality of what has been produced we will offer a refund upon return of the order.  However we would strongly encourage you to request a sample of your stationery in advance to check it is really what you want.  We do not give refunds on proofs approved by yourself or on poor quality images (see Q2 above for more details)

Q6 - Can you print invitations in a language other than English?

Yes, this is no problem. If you want to have your invitations printed in a language other than English just let us have details of the text and we can get it printed. If you have any questions about this then send us an email.

Subject : Stationery Prices

Q1 - How can I be sure to get a good deal from you?

Angelfins offers quality stationery at low prices  In addition to this we offer an extensive (and free) proofing service to ensure that your order arrives at your door exactly as you want it.

Q2 - I have found the same invitations cheaper elsewhere, can you beat their price?

We will certainly try!  Some on-line retailers may offer the same stationery at lower prices for short periods to try and attract customers.  Ultimately we do not believe they can sustain these prices in the long term but we would be happy to try and match any of their offers.  

Just let us know where you can find the same invitations cheaper and if we can beat the price we will!  So what have you got to lose?

Q3 - Does your stationery come supplied with envelopes?

Yes, all the stationery items that need to be posted come with matching envelopes supplied for free.

Subject : Proofing process

Q1 - What is a proof?

A proof just shows what wording will appear on your stationery.  The proof will show the colour and style of the text you have chosen.

Q2 - I am a bit nervous about buying and writing the wording for my the stationery on-line.  How can I be sure that my final stationery will not contain any errors?  

Your invitations are the first thing the guests to your wedding will see and so they are important in setting the them  for your wedding.  Proofs are very important we therefore send a digital proof via email for your approval - please check carefully as once approved we cant be held responsible for any errors

If at any stage in this process you want to make changes then that is no problem.  Changes to the wording, text colour or text style can be made at any time in the proofing process without incurring any additional costs.

Any personal details you provide to us are used solely for processing your order and will not be passed on to any third parties. As we use paypal and nochex for payments we never have your card details at anytime. For more complete details about our approach to your security online please see our Privacy Notice


Subject : Wording

Q1 - Can you send me examples of the wording that might be used in my wedding stationery?

Yes, of course.  Sets of example wedding wording can be found here

Q2 - Can I specify my own wording?

Yes, we supply lots of example wording to help make this easier but the wording to be used is your decision.  You are free to have whatever wording you like.

Subject : Personalisation of Stationery

Q1 - Can I chose the ink colour used in my stationery?

Yes, this can be specified when purchasing and/or changed at any time during the proofing process.  


Q2 - Can I chose the text style used in my stationery?

Yes, again this is specified at the time of purchase and/or changed at any time during the proofing process.  We use the font pictured on the product description as standard but you are welcome to specify a font you would prefer.

Q3 - Can the front of the stationery be changed at all?

Yes most designs can be tailored - if you are in any doubt then please just contact us and we will see what can be done for you.

Subject : Delivery
Q1 - How quickly can you deliver my stationery

Our dispatch time varies from 10 working days for a basic printed item to 4-6 weeks for invitations and pocketfolds. Off the shelf items which dont require personalisation are normally sent next day.

However let us know if you are working to a very tight timescale and we will try to help.

 

Q2. How is my order sent?

 

We normally use Royal Mail 1st Class post to send our orders but very large orders may be sent via courier.

 

Q3. How much is P&P?

UK Postage costs vary depending on size of the order.
